Alarm Priority sets the Alarm priority for a Discrete Tag. The Higher the Priority, the Higher the Importance is of the alarm.  Alarm Priority is also used to filter alarms on the alarm summary.  This feature helps operators to distinguish between important alarms and nuisance alarms. Alarm Priority must be greater than 0.  A zero alarm priority is no alarming enabled.
