4.2.31.27   Alarm Delay Time

Alarm Delay Time in milliseconds.  Specifies the time in Milliseconds for a tag to be beyond an alarm limit, before an alarm state is generated. The idea is to prevent noise or an alarm bouncing near an alarm limit. The SCADA node waits this period of time before sending alarm messages, if during this waiting period, the tag returns to a non-alarm value, then no alarm message is generated.

Optionally, for Discrete Tags Only, an Alarm to Normal Delay Time can be specified (format is alarm delay time xxxx;yyyy.  xxxx is alarm delay time, yyyy is to normal delay time). It is 0 by default.  It specifies the time in Milliseconds for a tag to be in a Normal Condition after an Alarm Condition, before an alarm state is self-acknowledged without operator intervention.  This occurs only if Ack Alarm by Return to Normal is enabled in SCADA Node properties.
