10.12    Multi-Touch

Advantech WebAccess/SCADA provides users with the ability to use multi-touch gestures. Users can define the gesture action in this function and directly operate the ViewDAQ page using these gestures.

Zoom in/ out

Zoom in or out by moving two fingers further apart or closer together while touching the ViewDAQ display.

Drag

Scroll or move an object by swiping two fingers in the same direction.

Flick

Quickly brush the display with a fingertip.

Via the macro settings in WebAccess users can define the action for gestures. WebAccess provides eight directions to define the display flow, up, down, left, right, upper-right, lower- right, upper-left and lower-left.

Press and drag

Two-handed operation. Press the surface with one finger and move second finger over the surface without losing contact. If one finger loses contact with the surface, the action will stop.

Multi-finger tap

Briefly touch surface with between two to five fingertips.

The default action of the two fingered tap gesture is a right mouse button. Users can define the action for two to five fingers taps.

Multi-finger Grab and Spread

Touch the surface with three to five fingers and bring them closer together or move them apart. The default action of five finger grab gesture is to show 100% of the page. Users can define the action for three to five finger pinch and spread gestures.
